Key Accountabilities

Assist in execution of transactions including but not limited to due diligence, review and preparation of document, resolving deal issues;
Conduct industry and company research and analysis; perform financial analysis and corporate valuation; develop financial models;
Assist in deal origination including the preparation of pitch books, presentation materials and proposals.

Bachelor or master degree holders in Business, Finance, Economics of related discipline from reputable universities with outstanding academic records;
Preferable with CFA and/or CPA qualifications;
Prefer one to two years of relevant experience in corporate finance or investment banking;
Good Knowledge in the Listing Rules and Takeovers Codes and relevant rules and regulations;
Good analytical and quantitative skills(ie. financial modeling and data analysis);
Team player with good problem solving and strong communication skills who is able to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
