What Will You Be Doing:
- Provide clerical and admin support to the team
- Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure procurement process comply with company policy
- Monitor material procurement process to match project schedule
- Maintain proper filing and bookkeeping
- Operation and logistics document handling
Who is our Right Fit:
- Diploma or above
- Proficient in MS office
- 1 year experience in clerical work will be an advantage (Fresh Grad. welcome)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in written English and Chinese
