- Diploma or above
- Minimum 4 years’ administrative or receptionist experience
- Familiar with PC software e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing
- Good organizational skill and detail-minded
- Polite pleasant and mature
- Hardworking and able to work under pressure
任職要求
- Perform department reception duties, including client greeting, courier delivery arrangement and documents sorting
- Provide support on general office administration, HR and operation, reports and filing
- Prepare documents, handle invoice payments and update data in system
- Perform ad hoc assignments as required
