Responsibilities:

  • Examine the documents from branches and closely communicate and collaborate with various internal and external parties
  • Handle both internal and external documents delivery
  • Perform clerical duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above in Banking, Finance or related disciplines
  • At least 1 year working experience, with exposure in financial institutions a definite advantage
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, VBA and macro is an advantage
  • Able to work under pressure and willing to work overtime when required
  • Good command of both verbal and written English and Chinese
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
