Responsibilities

• Support Implementation Manager on customer implementation in global capacity for freight forwarding solution 
• Map a total operations and system solution with cross-functional teams (Operations, IT, Legal etc) 
• Translate customer requirements into SOPs that can be effectively executed
• Provide business requirements to ITS to facilitate EDI, or eSolution development and, work with operations for UAT 
• Conduct trainings to operations and external parties on SOPs, as well as guidance on EDI/eSolutions systems for compliance
• Engage, manage and track status of deliverables for all resources, including internal and external (customer) resources
• Post-implementation support to regulate the operations, system and system processes are robust 
• Facilitate the KPI measurement and regular business review setup for the account owner can keep the business up and running
• Lead global initiatives of process standardization and continuous process improvement for deployment in regions and countries 
• Drive system standardization initiatives to achieve a smooth system integration in the network 

Requirements

• Degree holder in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
• Minium 3 years solid experience in operational, key account management or, project management in freight forwarding industry
• With customer, or system project implementation experiences is a plus
• With solid knowledge of value-added supply chain solution
• Strong analytical skills, structured thinking ability, detail-minded and good interpersonal skills
• Capable of communicating and collaborating with stakeholders/working partners of different countries/regions, backgrounds, cultures and roles
• Strong business acumen and agile in change management
• High degree of accountability, results driven and get things done mindset
• Ability to perform under pressure and confidence to be performing strong
• Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Knowledge to CargoWise, SAP or TRAX systems is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop competitive freight forwarding solutions with regional/country sales, procurement and operations teams for global/regional key accounts
• Work on cost modeling and ensure pricing reviewed with procurement, sales and MD as appropriate for qualified business opportunity
• Coordinate with regional stakeholders and country Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop technical and profession customer proposals accurately
• Conduct market research, develop compelling value proposition, track metrics and leverage customer relationships
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as IT, Operations, Key Account Management, Procurement, Finance etc. to ensure seamless implementation of awarded solutions
• Track and monitor the performance of implemented business ensuring operations compliance, customer satisfaction and profitability and provide regular update to senior management

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Manage and implement of food safety & quality system, such as ISO & HACCP
• Implement risk assessment to minimize health hazards and ensure regulatory compliance for existing and new product and establish product specification to meet customer requirements
• Lead monitoring of the production process flow, includes for new & routine product, to ensure food safety & quality, (e.g temperature & time control)  
• Arrange testing for certain regular items for consistency & compliance  
• Execute inspections of raw materials upon receiving, before storage & further process
• Identify and resolve problems based on food safety concern during processing with implementing corrective action & validate the effectiveness
• Manage the investigation of customer complaint that related to food safety & quality
• Maintains and improves product quality through surveillance audits & investigate customer complaints
• Conduct surveillance checks on temperature control for transportation if necessary to ensure the correct temperature (cold chain) from factory to customer  

Requirements

• Degree in food sciences or related disciplines, with at least 10 years relevant working experience in supplier management, auditing, and quality management in food industry
• Possess practical knowledge and working experience in ISO22000 and HACCP certification systems 
• Familiar with food regulations in Hong Kong and Macau 
• Organized, good team player, strong interpersonal communication skill and able to work under pressure
• Good command of English, Mandarin, and Cantonese 
• Proficient in MS office applications

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining the Group’s audit universe and risk profiles, performing risk assessment, and developing the risk-based annual audit plan.
• Assist in developing and maintaining the Group’s audit strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Develop and enhance the Group’s audit process and proficiency by implementing audit standards, methodologies, and techniques.
• Develop and/ or review the internal audit plan and audit programs at the assignment level. 
• Plan, lead, and/ or conduct a broad range of complex audits in an integrated audit approach and perform ad hoc reviews or investigations on different areas to determine the adequacy and effectiveness of the Group’s risk management and internal control systems in addition to regulatory compliance measures.
• Perform walkthroughs, data analyses, and audit testing to identify key risks, assess controls, and develop recommendations on solving or mitigating risks and control issues during audits; ensure all audit work is properly and timely documented in accordance with the required standards.
• Prepare and/ or review audit reports, discuss and present audit findings/ observations with senior management and executives, track management’s remediation progress, and perform follow-up reviews to ensure the audited units properly and timely implement audit recommendations.
• Responsible and accountable for the progress and quality of all audits and special reviews, as well as the team’s overall performance.
• Develop and lead the department’s talent development program, mentor the team, and provide coaching. 
• Stay current on regulatory requirements, industry, and business environment, as well as on relevant best practices, audit tools, audit techniques, and performance standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree holder or above in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, International Business, or related disciplines.
• Relevant professional qualifications are required, i.e., HKICPA, ACCA, AICPA, CPAA, CICPA, CFA, CIA or CISA, etc.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in external and/ or internal audit from Big 4 or MNC with at least 8 years in a supervisory position.
• Sound understanding and knowledge of the best practices of corporate governance, risk management, and internal control systems, applicable auditing standards and assessment practices, and various finance or business operation processes. 
• Good understanding and knowledge of Hong Kong Listing Rules, HKFRS/ IFRS/ CAS, relevant regulatory requirements, applicable auditing standards, and control frameworks, i.e., COSO or COBIT.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, project management, analytical, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Able to travel up to 30% regional/ international travel.
• Team-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
• Self-directed and able to work with minimum supervision.
• Highly motivated with the ability to multi-task and remain organized.
