Technical Officer, Network Quality and Customer Experience Assurance

Your Role
Responsible for advanced 5G/4G network and site quality assurance with the following main duties:
- Monitor network performance and customer experience; analyze performance changes if any
- Proactive performance monitoring for network change detection, follow up with various network teams when network quality deteriorates until the problem is resolved and KPI is restored
- Ruleset development for performance change detection and alarm generation
- Assist in technical support and trouble-shooting for network and site performance issue
- Validate new Base Station site acceptance and cluster acceptance performance report.
To Succeed in the Role
- High Diploma / Associate Degree / Degree holder in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunication or related disciplines
- Related experience in Telecommunication and Mobile Network Industry is an advantage
- Good programming skills – Python, Shell, SQL etc is an advantage
- Hands-on experience on programming (IOS, Android and Windows base) for tools development and database management is an advantage
- Analytical mind, self-motivated and able to work under tight schedule
- Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Fresh graduates are also welcome
