Currently enrolled university student, open to all disciplines. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
Authorized to work in Hong Kong without VISA sponsorship
Able to take a semester deferral to accommodate the full-time internship schedule.
Self-motivated, proactive and eager to learn
Strong communication and analytical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Functions
Marketing
Drive brand growth through consumer-centric marketing initiatives by conducting market research, developing engaging content, and assisting in the execution and evaluation of marketing campaigns.
Commercial
Drive sales growth and product launch success by translating data-driven insights into actionable retail strategies, collaborating with sales and marketing to optimize in-store execution and promotional activities.
Digital (CRM & Ecom)
Support commercial growth by collaborating with retail partners and sales teams, contributing to impactful product launches through strategic retail initiatives, and conducting market research to identify sales opportunities and optimize product placement based on actionable insights from sales data and retail trends
Supply Chain & Operations
Support efficient supply chain operations by assisting in demand planning, inventory management, and logistics using ERP systems. Analyzing supply chain data with tools like Excel and Power BI to identify optimization opportunities and contributing to process improvement projects leveraging analytical and problem-solving skills
Corporate Affair & Engagement
Contribute to fostering a positive and informed workplace at L'Oréal by supporting internal events, developing engaging communication content, and analyzing employee feedback to enhance engagement strategies and reinforce the company's mission and value.
Human Resources
Support the full recruitment cycle by assisting with candidate sourcing, screening, and interview logistics. Assist in develop engaging recruitment strategies to attract top talent at career fairs and campus events and contributing to projects that enhance employer branding and foster a positive work environment for L'Oréal employees
