Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate individual to join us in the IAM & IGA initiative, who will help us to integrate applications and IT systems with the IAM tool and IT Service Management platform for a modernised IT service request workflow. The new role will work closely with seasoned, enthusiastic technologist across the IT Division as well as the exposure to work with various business stakeholders across HKEX.

 

Job Duties:

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for day-to-day support related to the identity and access management, IT change, IT incident and problem, and IT asset management processes.

  • Participate in IT projects and initiatives to support the implementation of security measures, improving processes to be more efficient and effective.  

  • Perform regular review to identity opportunity to improve the identity and access management process and workflow.

  • Work with internal customers and IT application teams to understand access requirements for integrating business applications with the IAM tools.

  • Maintain detailed and up-to-date documentation of  IT processes in ensuring compliance with policies and IT standards.

  • Keep abreast of the knowledge of industry best practices in identity and access management, IT change, IT incident and problem, and IT asset management processes.

 

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in information technology.

  • 2+ years of experience in supporting identity and access management, IT change, IT incident and problem, or IT asset management.

  • Degree in information technology, information security, computer science or related field is preferred, but not mandatory.

  • Has hands-on experience with tools such as CyberArk, SailPoint and ServiceNow.

  • Familiarity with different operating systems and directory services including Linux, Windows, LDAP and Active Directory.

  • Good understanding of the knowledge or best practices in identity and access management, IT change, IT incident and problem, or IT asset management.

  • Industry certifications such as ITIL, CISSP, ISO 27001/2 are advantageous.

  • Attention to detail, task-oriented and ability to prioritize and manage a task queue.

  • Customer-service oriented and good written and verbal communication skills.
