

崗位職責
Our Branch Trainee Program will equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge for a banking career via:-
- An intensive and structured classroom training on technical skills and core consumer banking knowledge
- On-the-job coaching from our associates and management
You will gain:
- Fundamental understanding of banking operations

Principal Accountabilities:
- Provide personal banking services including counter service to customers in branch
- Promote and cross-sell consumer bank products, e-banking platform and services. Refer customers to Personal Bankers whenever opportunities arise
- Understand customers' needs and re-direct customer traffic to ensure pleasant customer journey
- Provide guidance to customers on Branch self-serve devices
- Handle general enquiries / complaints and resolve issues; drive fast and accurate transaction processing to serve customers in accordance with regulatory standard procedures
- Support back-end branch operations and provide other clerical duties as assigned by supervisor
任職要求
- Fresh graduate is welcome; Associate Degree / Higher Diploma will also be considered
- Customer-oriented, self-motivated and detail-minded
- Strong in delivering quality services to diverse customer types
- Prior customer service experience is preferred but not a must
- A proactive team player with good interpersonal skills
- Good computer skills
- Good spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
