- Business Stream - Job rotation in different departments (Select 4 departments from Human Resources and Administration, Finance, Risk & Compliance, Marketing, Corporate Communication and Data, Operations, Product, Sales & Business Development and Technical Department)
- Technical Stream - Job rotation in technical and product department
- Specialist Stream - Job rotation within one department

Undergraduate or Master students graduating in year 2025 with less than 1 year full time work experience

2025 Programme Timeline
February – March 2025 : Open for Applications
April 2025 : Shortlisted candidates will be invited for online assessment test
June 2025 : First Interview
July 2025 : Panel Interview
September 2025 : Programme starts
