Perform full spectrum of human resource functions covering manpower planning and budgeting, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, performance management and reward management
Develop and execute HR strategies and policies in alignment with the corporate objectives and to facilitate the commercialization of the Central Moneymarket Unit (a central securities depository for debt securities)
Drive employee engagement initiatives and provide support to the management in cultivating a conducive corporate culture
Conduct HR policy reviews to ensure the compliance with the applicable laws and market practices
Participate in projects and ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
University degree in human resource management or related fields
At least seven years of solid experience in human resource management and policy development work in sizable organizations
Good people skills with strong ability to work and interact with different levels of staff within the organization
Good knowledge of the Employment Ordinance and legislation-related HR policies
Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Conditions of service
Appointment will be offered by the HKFMI on fixed contract terms
