Technical Officer

Role and Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day maintenance and repair works of assigned residential/commercial sites.
• Supervise a team of Technicians to carry out testing and commissioning of various equipment and building services.
• Provide procurement and contract administration services for E&M discipline in relation to the operations projects.
• Oversee contractors’ performance in routine maintenance tasks.
• Lead and monitor the handover operations for residential and commercial properties.
• Supervise and monitor the pre-handover inspection and cleaning and ensure the handover process is being managed up to the Company standards.
• Lead the team to provide excellent services to guests and handle enquiry and complaints.
• Any ad hoc duties assigned by superior.

Requirements:

• Diploma Holder in Engineering or related disciplines.
• 3 years'+ relevant experience, experience in property management area will be an advantage.
• Registered Electrical Worker with the EMSD.
• Independent, and self-initiated, a good team player.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Good computer skills.
