Assistant Manager - Business Strategy - (2300004N)

Your responsibilities include gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing recommendations for presentation to NWG senior management teams. PMO work includes tracking progress and measuring OKRs for specific strategic initiatives for R&IP.

Requirements

PPostgraduate degree with +3 years of relevant working experience with the stature necessary to interact as thought partner with colleagues, partners, and executives
-An agile team player with a collaborative and inclusive style, able to inspire others, high energy

-Non-hierarchical approach, with the flexibility and ability to build consensus

-Effective interpersonal communication, presentation, and influencing skills, fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, and strong ability to build professional relationships based on trust

-High level of drive and initiative, willing to go the extra mile

-Rigorous and solution-oriented problem solving and analytical skills, combined with capability of thinking through nuanced and complex situations, ability to navigate ambiguity at ease
