Senior Manager - Technology Business Partner - (2300004F)

Role And Responsibilities

On-site PMO lead for BU's system implementations, manage 5+ major implementation projects by external parties including CRM, API gateway, POS, Event management, Leasing, etc
Review the current system architecture design and provide recommendations on enhancement points
Compare technology design and advise the potential synergy from Group Technology Solutions
Review and comment the key deliverables from the software vendors / system integrators
Identify the dependencies from technology stream on other streams and timing
Develop System Readiness Checklist and conduct checking prior to system go-live
Project management from BU's perspective

Requirements

Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related discipline;
Over 10 years relevant experience and knowledge in PMO with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) in agile environment is a plus;
Self-driven, independent, problem solving with good interpersonal skill;
Good analytical skills, and proactive with excellent negotiation and presentation skills;
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
Experience in planning, organizing, and delivering change/new processes internally or at client.
