Marketing Assistant (1 year contract)

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the rollout of features for the Octopus App/Wallet and related services
• Implement daily marketing communications and execute marketing programs
• Manage social media operations, assist in content planning, KOL marketing, and campaign execution
• Compile reports, track, and analyze marketing material performances
• Assist with ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Holder of a Higher Diploma, Associate Degree, or Bachelor's Degree
• 1 – 2 years of work experience in sales and marketing
• Strong command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and a strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Creative with a customer-centric and mobile-first mindset
• Proficient in MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Experience in video and photo editing will be considered an advantage
