Deposits, Transactional Banking & FX

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Head of FX Products & Portfolio Management.

Principal responsibilities

Develop and lead the Cash FX business growth strategies and initiatives, deliver sustainable growth in turnover and expand active Cash FX customer base
Drive customer journeys design to enhance market leading customer experience on FX across different distribution channels
Contribute to the development of analytic insight, proactively identify incremental new business potential by managing pricing, product and services packaging
Keep abreast of latest market environment, regularly benchmark with market players to ensure our FX products and pricing are competitive and actively explore new business opportunities
Prepare relevant strategy papers, business proposals and reports for presentation to senior management
Empower and drive the team development, mobility and capability to sustain a high performing workforce
Monitor and manage products costs and control, ensure relevant control measures are in place to minimize the risk exposure of the Bank as well as meeting all the internal standard, compliance, policies & regulation

Requirements

Results oriented with proven track record of driving business growth, with strong growth mindset and passion to champion change and promote innovation
Strong customer centricity focuses to deliver exceptional quality services and experience for customers
Numerate individual, highly effective communicator, with excellent interpersonal skills
Able to navigate conflicting priorities
Minimum of 10 years' relevant experience in FX/investment product development or retail payment
Proficiency in both English and Chinese
