The Role
Due to continued business growth & expansion globally in airline partnerships, Trip.com Group has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and commercially Airline Campaign Manager. The role will be responsible for developing and implementing Trip.com airline campaign strategy, functions and process to drive win-win partnerships with key airline partners.
In this Role, you’ll get to:
- Partnering with the Airline Business Development team and Airline partners to understand the carrier’s marketing objectives, goals to deliver a marketing solution and strategy to achieve desired outcomes
- Be accountable for developing airline marketing partnerships solutions and build strategy by different markets and airline partners.
- Collaborate with HQ key stakeholders to build key mechanisms, function and data capabilities to enrich and enhance solutions and propositions.
- Conducting basic trouble shooting of production of campaign assets and cross collaborating with internal stakeholders
- Work with internal teams and build workflows, processes in order to guarantee internal efficiency.
- Conduct trainings to local airline Business Development teams to ensure relevant projects and programs are carried out accurately and correctly with airline partners
- Build and provide analyses, reports to track performances.
What you'll Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor's degree or above, minimum 5-8 years of senior commercial experience.
- Profound knowledge of the online travel market as well as an understanding of primary sales channels operating within this environment.
- Fluency in English (Verbal & Written). Mandarin skill will be a strong plus
- Experience developing and implementing initiatives to drive performance with partners.
- Cross functional experience (product development & project management experience)
- Results orientated and experience working to strict deadlines
