Service Line Overview

We want our HR services to be the best, so we need people who share our passion and can develop solutions that help ensure talented people want to join and stay with us. Our firms’ employer of choice strategy is at the heart of HR at KPMG. This strategy is showing clear signs of success, and has led to a strong alignment between HR and the business.

We currently have a vacancy for a Human Resources Officer in the Shared Services team who will provide efficient, effective pro-active support to the HR team and managers within the firm, using a consistent approach across different parts of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Handle compensation administration -- payroll, tax filing, MPF, etc

Handle benefit administration and staff matters -- medical, leave, staff movement, etc

Handle visa applications and renewal for new joiners and existing staff

Maintain HR database, Plan and organise staff wellness programmes

Assist with ad-hoc assignments

Experience & Background

Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Human Resources or business-related discipline with one year’s relevant experience preferred; recent graduates with a proactive learning attitude will also be considered

Knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other benefits/funding schemes across China and Hong Kong

A strong team player with good communication and interpersonal skills

Good command of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Good English verbal and written communication skills are essential (Mandarin is desirable)
