Manager/AVP, Strategy and Research 戰略與研究經理

崗位職責

- Keep abreast of developments in the financial sector and wider business environment
- Conduct in-depth research to support of the bank's business development, particularly in the areas of banking, fintech, ESG and local & regional economic research
- Assist in developing, formulating and updating the bank's business strategies, and identifying, monitoring and managing the bank's strategic risk
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to other research projects as needed
- Evaluate and track the status of research output, and further identify deficiencies and opportunities for improvement
- Other tasks assigned by the manager

任職要求

- Postgraduate degree in economics, finance or other relevant fields
- Enthusiastic about research in macro economy, financial markets and banking industry, etc.
- Proven track record of delivering research and competitive insights in a financial services sector, with good understanding of the banking industry
- Minimum 3 years' experience in business research, strategic analysis and / or competitive intelligence role; working experience in banking industry will be an advantage
- Ability to interpret and translate business requirements into relevant research and competitive intelligence projects
- Understanding of, and ability to use, both qualitative and quantitative research methods, including financial analysis skills and techniques to display information and data
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Chinese and English
- Strong teamwork spirit, and ability to manage several projects simultaneously and under pressure of deadlines
