工作描述

崗位職責

This job is to be performed by a Secretary who is responsible for assisting sales people and providing administrative support to sales people in the aspects of client development and service. The duties and responsibilities he/she is going to take this job include, but not limit to:

1. Research report distribution and file saving;

2. CRM updating and database maintenance;

3. Compiling statistical information;

4. Arranging analyst/mgmt. roadshow schedule

5. Expense reimbursement and other logistic following tasks;

6. Arranging and coordinating internal and external meeting;

7. Other administrative responsibilities as required.

 

崗位要求

1. Skills and Abilities
- Upright, humble, diligent with high moral values
- Good communication and problem-solving skill;
- Professional mannerism and proactive working attitude;
- Good command in PC skills, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access;
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Good command in Mandarin, Cantonese and English.

2. Education
- Bachelor or above;

 

3. Qualifications
- At least two-year experience of administrative experience in financial institutes or securities firms.
