Associate / Senior Associate - Crypto Advisory - One Firm Services

Job Description &   Responsibilities 

Investigate opportunities in the blockchain industry and conduct research to compile reports with unique insight
Support the senior leadership with the execution of key operations and generation of business proposals
Coordinate and edit commercial documentation
Identify and support additional initiatives to facilitate the growth of Crypto activities
Assist with client on-boarding activities
Engage in good internal stakeholder management
Be able to and be ready to coordinate and collaborate across countries/regions, time zones and parties.
Establish operational excellence, including defining new processes, executive/management reporting, and key performance metrics.
Analyze large amounts of information quickly and effectively to reduce complexity and make actionable recommendations.
Participate in enterprise-wide strategy engagements and help ensure successful delivery of final project deliverables

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or other related areas are a plus.
Demonstrated interest and/or experience in Cryptocurrency and Blockchain
Strong commercial and operational acumen and critical problem-solving skills
Fluency in English, knowledge of other languages, e.g. Chinese, would be an advantage in order to liaise with stakeholders across the region
High level of organization, focus and ability to work under pressure
Strong analytical skills, and general knowledge of the blockchain industry
Excellent interpersonal skills
