In this Role, you’ll get to:
1. Achieve the assigned sales targets.
2. Manage the entire process of developing and securing new clients, including proposal development, preparation, implementation, and closing deals.
3. Maintain internal liaisons to ensure seamless collaboration with the hotel, airline, and vacation departments, guaranteeing the smooth execution of proposals.
4. Be accountable for the overall project outcomes, encompassing planning, execution, and the attainment of key performance indicators (KPIs).
5. Advance collaborations through project-based initiatives, leveraging Trip's market resources, brand empowerment, and product transformation capabilities to deliver premium services to partners
What you'll Need to Succeed:
1. Possess over 3 years of sales experience in the internet industry, with direct client resources in related fields preferred.
2. Hold a full-time undergraduate degree or above, with a background in Tourism Management, Advertising, Marketing, or related disciplines preferred.
3. Have strong language expression skills, excel in project negotiation and management.
4. Be conscientious and collaborative, with a strong learning capacity, high stress tolerance, and results-oriented approach.
