Personal Banking Products – Deposits, Transactional Banking & FX

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Senior Deposits, Transactional Banking & FX Manager (Portfolio Management)

Principal responsibilities

Contribute to our retail transactional banking strategy, optimise retail banking balance sheet and transfer pricing matters for sustainable growth
Champion and manage pricing and portfolio initiatives, develop customer intelligence and insights and formulate insight-based actions
Influence and collaborate various stakeholders to implement activities to enhance both internal and external customers experience on retail deposits business
Keep abreast of latest market environment, regularly benchmark with market players to ensure our deposits services competitiveness and actively explore new business opportunities
Prepare relevant strategy papers and business proposals for presentation to senior management
Monitor and manage products costs and control, ensure relevant control measures are in place to minimize the risk exposure of the Bank as well as meeting all the internal standard, compliance, policies & regulation

Requirements

University Degree in Finance or other relevant disciplines/qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in managing retail banking products, preferably in managing a sizeable retail banking portfolio
Strong pricing, P&L, balance sheet management, transfer pricing and financial forecast skills and knowledge
Good understanding of deposits products management and retail digital payment
Results oriented with proven track record of driving business growth, change leader with excellent influencing skills
Numerate individual, change leader with excellent interpersonal skills
Able to navigate conflicting priorities, great team player
Proficiency in both English and Chinese
