

JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Requirements:
- Plan and execute year-round sales and marketing programs to ensure HK residents and inbound tourists have the right Octopus products and services to meet their spending needs and enjoy a seamless payment experience
- Manage the customer journey for getting an Octopus, physical or mobile, to ensure it is user-friendly while cost effective and efficient for the company
- Manage agencies and suppliers from design and production stage to market rollout for physical Octopus
- Lead new initiatives to defend the inbound tourist market
Job Responsibilies:
- Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 10 years’ relevant working experience in product and retail marketing
- Experience in key account management from gift/premium supplier or licensing/advertising agency is preferred
- Strong business acumen and commercial sense with good implementation skills
- Good project management and presentation skills
- Solid experience in digital marketing and social media
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
- Good interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
- Willing to work under pressure and able to manage multiple tasks
