

崗位職責
1. Formulate and update the business plan of internaiontional clients, especially those strategic clients. Work with regional teams and business units to formulate and update the business development and service plan of international clients.
制訂和優化公司國際戰略客戶開發與服務策略;
2. Coorporate with regional teams, business units to facilitate comprehensive services of intenational clients, including recognition and refinement of strategic client list, client development, relationship management and business development. Develop and expand international client network and facilitate to develop client service platform to ensure the smooth running of the international business.
統籌推進國際戰略客戶的綜合服務,包括國際戰略客戶的梳理與完善、客戶開拓、業務開發與綜合服務;推動建立國際業務客戶服務平臺體系;
3. Delivering revenue target through coordinating with regional teams, business units and middle/back deparments to facilitate “1+1+N” comprehensive service machanisam of intenational strategic client.
通過統籌協調客戶服務,推動收入目標達成;按照公司總部戰略部署,協調推進“1+1+N”國際戰略客戶綜合服務團隊工作開展與業務落地。
4. Participate in primary market international business development.
參與一級市場國際業務開發。

1. Skills and Abilities:
- A profound knowledge of macroeconomic, geopolitical and capital market and securities industry.
深入瞭解全球及當地宏觀經濟、地緣政治、資本市場與證券業發展;
- An entreprenuear with strong business analytical skills and leadership.
自我驅動,出色的商業意識、商業分析能力、領導力及企業家精神;
- Excellent written and oral communication, negotiation, interpersonal and independent problem-solving skills. Strong execution capabilities with spirit of agility.
具備出色的溝通、談判、人際和解決問題的能力,及敏捷的執行力;
- Proficient in oral and written English.
英文口語及讀寫能力優秀。
2. Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in investment banking and trading, especially in Manufacturing, Healthcare or Consumer sectors.
擁有投資銀行工業/製造或醫療/消費行業知識及各類型交易經驗;
- Graduates from renowned domestic and overseas universities.
國內外著名高校畢業生;
- High level of integrity and dedication. Strong self-initiator. Ability of working efficiently.
