

崗位職責
- Assist the training manager in elaborating, organizing and facilitating training programs;
- Responsible for the general administration of the training classes;
- Consolidate the expenses of the training classes;
- Prepare various kinds of reports and presentation materials;
- Assist in preparing training materials and maintain training records & equipment;
- Assist the Administration Supervisor in virtual training or other IT related support;
- Perform any other ad hoc projects as assigned.
任職要求
- Matriculation or above
- Experience in training and development would be an advantage;
- Proficiency in virtual classroom application (e.g. WebEx, Zoom, XY Link etc.), IT related education background or experience would be an advantage;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing;
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin);
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Willing to have shift duty on Saturday & Sunday;
- Fresh Graduates are Welcome.
