Main Responsibilities
- Creating all management reports for the division, including but not limited to Business Performance Report, Expense Report, Branch Performance Report, Banking Service Transaction Report, Attrition Report
- Assist to transform the Financial reports to management reports which helps track performance and make predictions about the future
- Disgust the resource reports into attrition report which shows the trend and make advance action if needed
- Conduct and maintain the inventory control of division's office equipment
- Act as focal point of other internal divisions so as to gather their support in executing our divisional project
- Provide administrative support on branch and division level
Requirements
- 5 years of above consumer business experience
- Good Excel skills; proficiency with PowerPoint and other presentation software
- Excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks
- A good team player and have a problem-solving aptitude
- Good English and Chinese writing skills
- Meticulous at work, good analytical and logical thinking skills
