Intern (Derivatives Product)(J17164)

This position is mainly responsible for assisting on equities derivatives business including delta one and structured products' trading, structuring, risk management and other related issues. The job duties associated with this role include, but not limit to:
股票結構類產品崗位主要負責輔助股票結構性產品交易、設計和風險管理等相關工作。具體包括但不限於以下職責：

1. Assisting on equities OTC products trading, risk models and products structuring;
輔助交易股票衍生品、完善風控模型和產品設計；
2. Assisting varies projects for prime and synthetic prime brokerage;
協助主經紀商以及類主經紀商業務中的各種項目；
3. Researching on market trading strategies;
研究市場交易策略；
4. Involving in the discussion with investors, HF managers and Sales to provide analytical solutions to the HF managers.
參與投資者、對沖基金經理、銷售討論，爲對沖基金經理提供分析解決方案。

1. Upright, humble, diligent with high moral values;

2. Understanding of derivative products, PB and Synthetic PB;
熟悉掌握衍生品, 主經紀商以及類主經紀商的相關知識；
3. Sound knowledge of the domestic and international capital markets;
對於國內外資本市場有紮實的理解；
4. VBA knowledge and experience;
掌握VBA技能並有實際應用；
5. Possess broad financial products and analytics knowledge and experience;
掌握廣泛的金融產品知識並具有分析經驗；
6. Bachelor’s or above student from domestic and overseas universities;
來自國內外高校的在讀本科生/研究生；
7. Proficient in both English and Chinese;
普通話及英語流利；
8. Effective communicator and strong self-starter.
具有良好的溝通能力和較強的自我驅動力。
