

Assist in handling company secretarial matters for companies incorporated in Hong Kong, overseas and PRC
Provide company secretarial and office administration support
Assist the procedural formalities pertaining to incorporation of new entities
Assist in monitoring and updating changes in relevant legislation and regulations in various jurisdictions
Coordinate board meetings and general meetings
Assist in handling ad hoc projects
Requirements
Bachelor Degree or above in related discipline
Member/ Student member of HKICS
At least two years solid company secretarial experience in private companies/ professional firms.
Familiar with PC skills in MS Office and Chinese word processing
Well-organized, self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)
