Manager Trainee (2024 intakes)

崗位職責

The HKMA operates a two-year Manager Trainee (MT) Programme. 

An MT will undergo on-the-job training in two to three different posts responsible for central banking work, covering both monetary and banking areas. 

On completion of the Programme and subject to satisfactory performance, an MT will be appointed as a Manager. 

There is flexibility of further job rotation after appointment to widen one’s exposure and horizon for long-term career development in central banking.

崗位要求

1. Holder of a Bachelor’s degree from any discipline with very strong academic results; Business / Finance / Economics major a plus；

2. Broad general knowledge, high versatility and good analytical ability；

3. Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills；

4. A team player, ready to take on challenges, highly motivated and with keen interest in pursuing a central banking career；

5. Excellent command of English and Chinese; Good Putonghua an advantage。
