Lead the development and execution of a strategic transformation programme to enhance the agility of regulatory and supervisory functions across Banking Departments of the HKMA
Foster transformational culture and capabilities within Banking Departments of the HKMA
Drive the integration of data and technologies to ensure the core regulatory and supervisory functions of the HKMA remain future-proof
Manage relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders (including HKMA senior management, users and representatives from Banking Departments, external consultants, etc.) to deliver the transformation programme
Requirements
University degree in banking, finance, risk management or related fields
At least five years of relevant experience in banking regulation / supervision, programme management and / or business transformation. Knowledge of banking operations and banks’ risk management practices a definite advantage
Knowledge of supervisory technology, data analytics and artificial intelligence an advantage
Good analytical, communication and presentation skills
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
