

崗位職責
- To identify the life insurance needs of the customers and conduct the joint call selling on various life insurance products with frontlines.
- To provide good service to our customers and provide end-to-end solutions to meet the customers' requirement with frontlines.
- To conduct the sales activities within the compliance and regulatory boundaries.
- To coordinate the sales training with designated Insurance Companies to frontline associates.
- To work out the tactical sales planning and support with DM(s)/ CMs/ BMs
- To assist frontlines to enhance the selling skills through pre-case meeting and/or joint call activities.
任職要求
- University graduate with 3-5 years working experience in life insurance sales.
- Qualifications in IIQE/ HKSI related areas are required.
- Qualification in ECF is preferred
- Sales oriented personality, good interpersonal skill and customer orientation. Strong selling, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
- Proficient in MS office application.
