

崗位職責
- Support the Fintech Division in providing a full-range of administrative and operational services and act as a coordinator among different business units or teams on various projects including the Performance Appraisal Exercise
- Support the Division Head to manage the itinerary and meeting schedule
- Assist in organizing, scheduling, preparing meeting materials and meeting notes for the Division Head
- Support on general office administration, including office supplies, procurement management, expenses reimbursement and budgeting for the Division
- Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned
任職要求
- Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years' experience in administrative support
- Proficiency in various office software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
- A team player, with strong sense of confidentiality
- Willing to learn and take up extra responsibility
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese with fluent Mandarin
