Senior Manager / Manager – Asset Management 高級經理/經理 - 資產管理

Role And Responsibilities

1. Responsible for real estate acquisition and disposal activities and related works.
2. Source, identify and progress acquisition and disposal opportunities.
3. Carry out asset management, capital expenditure programmes and asset performance improvements.
4. Cash flow management and improvement by optimising operations and structure.
5. Periodic assessment of the performance and competitive position of the properties.
6. Monitor and liaise with all contractors and subcontractors, service providers and professional specialities.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree holder in real estate, finance, or related disciplines.
2. 10years+ experiences in capital markets, asset management, corporate real estate, or property consulting.
3. Strong research and analytical skills, strategic thinking.
4. Solid team leadership experiences.
5. Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin.
