Senior/ Operations Manager (Global Banking) 高級/運營經理（全球銀行）

崗位職責

- Handle and supervise general operations of the branch to ensure that regulatory compliance and the Bank's policies and procedures are strictly adhered
- Coach and supervise associates at center and operations to ensure efficiency and smooth running of the branch
- Cross-sell consumer banking products and make sales referrals
- Ensure that the quality and performance standard at the frontline are delivered to the desirable result and mystery shop requirement

任職要求

- 5 subjects at Grade E / Level 2 or above in HKCEE / HKDSE, including English, Chinese and Mathematics
- Minimum 8 years of experience in branch operations in which 4 years are at supervisory level
- Familiar with consumer banking products and operation procedures
- Excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work under pressure
- Good spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Excellent command of MS Word and Excel
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant/ Operations Manager.
