Team Head, Commercial Banking 商業銀行團隊主管

崗位職責

- Participate in the development of commercial banking objectives, operations procedures and other administrative policies for the market segment in accordance with corporate objectives
- Call on potential and existing customers to develop new business, expand and retain existing business, manage a portfolio of clients, and meet their financial needs
- Review credit proposals, evaluate financial condition of clients, and make recommendations for Commercial Market Executive's approval
- Manage the overall administration, operations and performance of the Commercial Banking Center and the associates and to ensure effective and efficient utilization of resources and compliance with bank policies and regulations

任職要求

- University degree or equivalent, preferably in Business or Economics
- Minimum 10 years banking experience in trade financing and commercial banking
- Qualification in ECF is preferred
- Thorough knowledge of the principles of commercial credit and lending policies and standards
- Good communication skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
