Officer (Finance) – Budget, Payment and Accounting Support
香港金融管理局Key Responsibilities
- Prepare expenditure disbursements
- Maintain proper books and records for income and expenditure
- Compile monthly account closing and year-end analysis schedules
- Review fund commitment of approved procurement
- Perform ad-hoc duties and provide other administrative support as assigned by supervisors
Requirements
- University degree in accounting or finance
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in accounting
- Qualification from relevant professional bodies preferred
- Knowledge of accounting software “SunSystems” an advantage
- Conversant with Microsoft Office applications
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
