

崗位職責
- Support to the Department in providing a full-range of administration and operation services, including preparation of documents, assisting the credit applications approval process in system, personnel issues handling and business reports
- Responsible for organizing, scheduling and preparing materials for meetings and presentations
- Support on general administration including travel/hotel arrangements, office supplies procurement management, expenses reimbursement and etc.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned
任職要求
- Degree or above in any discipline
- Minimum 3 years' of administration experience in banking industry
- Experience or knowledge in company secretarial work would be an advantage
- Strong sense of responsibility, detailed-oriented, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Putonghua
- Proficient in MS office and Chinese Word Processing
