Manages the day-to-day operations of all Food and Beverage sections
Developing and maintaining up-dated operations manuals for all Food and Beverage sections
Setting Food and Beverage goals and developing strategies, procedures and policies
Preparation of the hotel's Food & Beverage revenue plan and marketing programs
Generate business for event space and restaurants with target profit margin
Requirement
Degree holder or equivalent professional hotel / Food & Beverage training
At least 3 years relevant Food & Beverage management experience in hotels or free standing restaurant chains with similar Food & Beverage facilities and capacities
Strong leadership and a smart decision maker
Solid menu related knowledge
Prior banquet/meeting service as well as bar operations experience will be an advantage
Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
Good proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
