HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND LEARN?
- Assist to develop and implement integrated event strategy to maximise program attractiveness and consumer awareness
- Identify and liaise with catering / trade associations / food & wine critics / consultants for planning and development of related promotional campaign
- Manage partners’ and merchandise information and assist to develop event content write up for presentation material and provide regular update to different functional teams, stakeholders, sponsors and co-op partners and / or its representative(s)
- Assist to develop and maintain database of event marketing assets / press materials & reports / survey results and reports
- Provide production, logistics and operation solutions to internal & external stakeholders
- Source, identify, negotiate and monitor service contractors / entertainers / performers and procure services required in accordance to the organization's policy
- Assist in event operational planning and provide on-site support
- Undertake any other duties / special assignments as directed by superiors
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- University graduates, preferably in marketing / communications/ event management disciplines with at least 5-8 years of experience in relating fields
- Hands-on experience in contractor & agency management for large-scale event production from project conceptualization to execution & materialisation
- Experience and knowledge in social media and marketing write up for event promotions will be an advantage
- An initiative, responsible and self-disciplined team player with good interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with good presentation, communication and organisation skills
- Able to deliver quality work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Good command of written Chinese and English and attentive to details
- Proficiency in PC applications such as MS Office, Chinese Word Processing
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for Assistant Manager level
