Provide administrative support on talent assessment and development programmes, including graduate recruitment, maintain updated talent profiles and compile statistics
Assist to coordinate career discussions, arrange engagement activities for leadership pipeline members
Perform other administrative works when required
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline with a minimum of 1 year’s experience; OR
Grade E / Level 2 / “Attained” or above in 5 subjects of HKCEE / HKDSE, including Chinese and English Languages, with a minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience
Meticulous team player with positive attitude and the ability to work independently
Good interpersonal and communication skills, with good sense of judgment and sensitivity
Hands-on experience in software applications such as Chinese and English word processing, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
