工作描述

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support on talent assessment and development programmes, including graduate recruitment, maintain updated talent profiles and compile statistics
  • Assist to coordinate career discussions, arrange engagement activities for leadership pipeline members 
  • Perform other administrative works when required 

 

 

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline with a minimum of 1 year’s experience; OR
  • Grade E / Level 2 / “Attained” or above in 5 subjects of HKCEE / HKDSE, including Chinese and English Languages, with a minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience
  • Meticulous team player with positive attitude and the ability to work independently
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with good sense of judgment and sensitivity
  • Hands-on experience in software applications such as Chinese and English word processing, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. 
  • Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage 

 Remarks

  • Fresh graduates with temporary / part-time HR experience will also be considered
