Main Responsibilities
At CCBA, we offer internship opportunities in a wide variety of functions for students to have a glance at how a commercial bank is committed to building a better world. We welcome candidates from different fields of study to participate in our internship. Normally, we expect you to spend 8 weeks within Jun to Aug 2024 for our full-time internship program in which you will go through:
- Comprehensive on-the-job training opportunities
- Foundation training
- Mentorship program
- Project presentation opportunities
- The internship programme covers a wide range of functions, and the intern will be assigned to one of the following divisions and detailed job description will be subject to the needs of respective division:
Corporate Banking/ Commercial Banking/ Private Banking/ Consumer Banking/ Treasury/ Transaction Banking & Capital Market/ Credit Card & Consumer Finance/ Finance/ Human Resources/ FinTech/ e-Banking/ Legal & Compliance/ Operations/ Risk Management/ Credit/ Product Innovation Management/ Executive Office
- You will be invited to indicate your preference during screening process.
- Outstanding interns may be offered with a conditional offer for the Bank's Management Trainee Program, Graduate Trainee Program or other position.

Requirements
- Academic merit with GPA 3 or above
- Enthusiastic students with excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Welcome Final/ Year 3 students studied in Business, Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, ESG related areas
- Strong desire for a career in the banking sector
- Strong command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Permanent residents of Hong Kong who are undergraduate students or above currently studying in universities in or outside Hong Kong; OR Hong Kong residents who are full-time students currently studying in universities in Hong Kong subject to the No-Objection Letter (NOL) arrangement; OR overseas students who are able to work in Hong Kong subject to the obtaining of the requisite visa from the Immigration Department, the Government of HKSAR before program commencement.
