

崗位職責
1.Oversee and performing administrative functions for the team.
2. Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders.
3. Coordinate activities such as meeting, survey, make necessary appointment.
4. Place project related purchase order.
5. Help in monitor project progress and address potential issues.
6. Act as point of contact for project team and facilitate communication.
7. Perform clerical works, prepare documents and reports.
8. General administration work, data entry.
任職要求
1. Higher Diploma / Certificate in related disciplines.
2. 1-2 years of experience in team administration.
3. Familiar with telecom or IT industry is an advantage.
4. Knowledge or project management, flowcharts, technical documentation preferable.
5. Self-motivated, analytical and able to work under pressure and independently.
6. Good computer knowledge in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.
7. Good typing skills in both English and Chinese.
8. Computer knowledge in MS Word and Excel.
