

崗位職責
- Implement business goals set by the senior management. Ensure these are fully communicated to and understood by all associates in the banking center
- Develop and cultivate existing and new customer relationship and provide banking services to individuals and business
- Advise Consumer Region Executive/Consumer Service & Productivity Officer on current market movements and identified plans proposes and implements localized promotion programs for the banking center whenever appropriate
- Oversee the overall administration, operation and performance of the banking center to ensure effective and efficient utilization of resources, compliance with bank policies and controls and good service standard
- Maintain prescribed security controls to protect the facilities against criminal or fraudulent operations and/or unnecessary risk or exposure
- Develop a strong and capable associate team at banking center
任職要求
- Secondary education with minimum 12 years retail banking experience
- Possesses the qualifications of IIQAS and meet the requirement of a "Securities Dealing Representative" as defined by HKMA
- Broad knowledge of all aspects of retail banking business
- Good communication skills in both English and Cantonese, fluent in Mandarin is a must
- Frequent travel is required
