Role And Responsibilities
To be responsible for driving group consolidation and financial reporting, proactively engaging and liaising with the finance counterparts at the various businesses under the Group on budgeting and reporting matters
Conduct the overall preparation of month-end closing, interim and annual reports, ensuring the compliance towards statutory reporting standards and listing rules and requirements
Preparation of the audit schedule and to handle queries from the external auditors
Other ad-hoc / special projects assigned by the senior management team (system and process review and enhancement, capital market transactions, etc.)
Requirements
Minimum of 8 years of working experience from a combination of 3+ years of Big 4 training plus commercial exposure, preferably being a Group level finance role in a sizeable listed company
Qualified accountant (CPA, HKICPA, ACCA, etc.)
Prior experience in handling complex Group consolidations
Proactive and well-presented, able to work with different stakeholders and establishing a solid partnership to drive the overall efficiency and effectiveness
Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel usage
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
