Responsibilities:
- Develop technology strategy and roadmap for Financial Markets business by providing robust technology solutions that will efficiently drive higher productivity, maximize efficiency, and reduce costs
- Lead and implement the vision and strategy by adopting new technology and delivery model with Agile, and DevOps to identify working opportunities on innovation
- Develop and execute comprehensive quality assurance plans, crticail path, including the management and creation of test cases, test scripts, and quality control measures
- Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, to gather and translate requirements into actionable deliverables
- Collaborate with the development and QA teams to ensure adherence to project specifications, industry standards, and quality guidelines
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of projects, working closely with the project management team to plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, escalating issues to management as needed
- Provide regular progress updates, sharing of best practices and lessons learned to stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in project delivery and quality assurance discipline
- Proficiency in quality assurance techniques, including testing, bug tracking, and root cause analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with cross-functional teams
- Good understanding of Generative AI, such as prompt engineering, RAG, fine tuning
- Fair understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Experience in working with project management and quality assurance tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Katalon,Selenium, TestComplete)
