The West Kowloon Cultural District Authority welcomes exceptional talent with a passion to realise the vision and mission of making the West Kowloon Cultural District a prime local and international destination for arts, culture and entertainment.

 

 

(This is a fixed-term contract position of 2-year with possibility for renewal subject to organisational needs and individual performance.)

 

The candidate will be responsible for:

  • performing administrative and operational support to the team, including meetings and familiarization tours;

  • serving as the primary contact for routine initial inquiries from corporate clients and travel agencies, ensuring effective communication;

  • communicating with online and offline travel agencies about regular and new product launches on their platforms, ensuring timely communication to customers;

  • assisting in planning and organizing promotional events, including trade shows, onsite materials, event logistics, and vendor coordination;

  • communicating with internal and external stakeholders to gather and analyze data related to channel marketing campaigns, ensuring accurate tracking of results;

  • supporting the preparation of various channel marketing-related statistics and reports to track channel campaign performance metrics and highlight trends and insights for the team;

  • implementing an efficient filing system to organize important documents, making it easy for team members to access critical information when needed;

  • maintaining accurate records and databases of business partners;

  • liaising with different stakeholders on invoicing, payment, and reporting related to channel marketing initiatives; and

  • performing any other duties from time to time as reasonably assigned by the Authority.

 

The ideal candidate should:

  • have a recognised University degree in Business Management, Tourism, Marketing, Communications and or related discipline;

  • have at least 2 years of experience in administrative role, preferably within a marketing or travel trade environment;

  • have Good communication and presentation skills with a pleasant and outgoing personality;

  • be a good team player, proactive, strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, self-motivated and well-organised;

  • be proficient in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing; and

  • have good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Conversant in Cantonese and Putonghua.
