Senior Manager / Manager - Asset Management

Role And Responsibilities

• Responsible for real estate acquisition and disposal activities and related works.
• Source, identify and progress acquisition and disposal opportunities.
• Carry out asset management, capital expenditure programmes and asset performance improvements.
• Cash flow management and improvement by optimising operations and structure.
• Periodic assessment of the performance and competitive position of the properties.
• Monitor and liaise with all contractors and subcontractors, service providers and professional specialities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree holder in real estate, finance, or related disciplines.
• 10years+ experiences in capital markets, asset management, corporate real estate, or property consulting.
• Strong research and analytical skills, strategic thinking.
• Solid team leadership experiences.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin.
