Property Manager (Property Management) - (2000002D)
Role And Responsibilities

· To be responsible for overall management and operation of assigned deluxe properties

· To ensure the assigned properties are being managed up to the standard of the company

· To set up all standard procedures and control systems and ensure that they are strictly followed by all staff members at supervising properties

· To identify problem / risk areas in management and recommend improvement / contingency plans

· Any ad hoc duties assigned by superior

Requirements

· Degree holder or above, preferably graduate in Real Estate or related disciplines

· Member of RPHM / MCIH / HKIH is preferred

· Minimum 8 years relevant experience, 4 years of which at managerial level gained from managing deluxe or large scale properties

· Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
