Equity Portfolio Manager

工作職責：
1. Portfolio management of long-only China equity portfolio, from idea generation through to portfolio construction, execution and risk management
2. Contribute to the broader alpha generation of the team through the provision of relevant and insightful comments on drivers and investment implications for China equities
3. Perform fundamental business model assessment and valuation analysis of individual securities as part of a stock selection process; identify and make recommendations for potential investment opportunities
4. Build partnership and strong working relationship with team members including portfolio managers and analysts within the team
5. Prepare various types of investment reports or marketing materials, support business meetings and business development
6. Communicate investment strategy and ideas with clients and internal sales team
任職資格：
Skills and Abilities:
1.Proven portfolio management skills with solid performance track record (no less than 3 years)
2.Good research and analytical capabilities with independent and critical thinking
3.Effective team player and ability to make timely and results-driven investment decisions
4.Strong communication, presentation and writing skills
5.Good command in spoken and written English

Qualifications:
1.Upright, humble, diligent with high moral values
2.Bachelor degree or above; CFA is considered favorably
3.With at least 3 years of proven track record in China equity portfolio management, and 6 years of relevant equity research and financial analysis experience
4.Experience in managing mutual funds would be an additional advantage
